I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a NASM certified weight loss specialist. I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years, I also hold belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. I hold a level 1 F.A football coaching badge. I am very passionate about health and wellness, helping my online and in person clients achieve their goals and help them live a healthier lifestyle.
