I am a Holistic Transformation Expert. This includes, but is not limited to, Personal Training, Fitness Programming, Fitness and Nutrition coaching, Nutritional Plans, Life Coaching (Certified Tony Robbins/Chloe Madanes Life Coach. I am also a Certified Breathwork Coach through The Wim Hof Method and additional modalities. I hold many certifications under the umbrella of physical fitness and physical therapy. I am a certified Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment and Kinstretch, as well as Myofascial Stretching. I am a Certified Level 4 Eldoa Trainer, helping restore the natural function and length of the spine, and improving posture. Other certifications involve Neuro-type testing and more.
