My studio is the only truly private studio located in San Diego the heart of San Diego Kearny Mesa. I specialize in helping my clients achieve a healthier lifestyle through building stronger skeletal muscle which in turn creates a better quality of life. If fat loss is your goal I also assist in proper eating to help you shed those unwanted pounds.
