Symmetry Athletics' primary mission is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals- from nutrition and exercise, to confidence and overall well-being. Personal training and professional services are backed by ACE Certifications as well as an M.S. in Sport Psychology. Sessions are by appointment only and conducted in a private fitness center that is clean, organized, and free from the traffic of members (the only patrons allowed in the fitness center are other personal training clients who have scheduled an appointment).
