Since 2010, Sarge Athletics has specialized in building confidence. Whether it’s gaining the strength to navigate stairs, preparing a child for sports, or helping clients fit into smaller clothes, our certified coaches are dedicated to helping clients achieve and surpass their goals.
For instance, one client lost 100 pounds and set her sights on an all-day mountain hike—she accomplished it! Another was a high school student who dreamed of playing Division I lacrosse, and he made it happen.
