About
Paula Anderson, MS, is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with her Master's degree in Kinesiology, and a specialty in Wellness Management. She has been teaching Pilates for 25 years and is a former studio owner, now semi retired. Paula is a graduate of Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Post-Rehabilitation Training and the Balanced Body Pilates Comprehensive Instructor Training program. She is also an accomplished CoreAlign instructor, having been trained by the inventor of the CoreAlign, Jonathan Hoffman. She specializes in Pilates for Osteoporosis and works with students of all levels and abilities. She is currently teaching private sessions and classes at Central Core in Pismo Beach
