Hi, I’m JT Peterson. My wife and I own Peterson Health & Fitness which we operate within a private training studio situated on our property in Jacksonville, FL. We provide 600 square feet of space and quality equipment along with one-on-one training to help you meet your goals and maintain results.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Strongman competitor, and former NCAA Division I & II athlete, I can offer clients a perspective and knowledge base that most trainers cannot. I have spent most of my life being trained by professional coaches whose methods and styles have influenced my own in one way or another. I use all my experience and technical knowledge to support you while we work toward achieving your goals as a team.
