Just Fit Training Group is a privately operated Personal Training Company located in Whitestone, New York and services the Whitestone, Flushing and Bayside neighborhoods while combining years of experience with an unparalleled educated staff to meet the needs of our clients, whether they are beginning their fitness lifestyle or are looking for the next level of performance. The Owner and founder of Just Fit holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from Queens College and a Masters Degree in Health Education from Adelphi University, along with 13 years experience.
