I am a professional bodybuilding and fitness coach with over 16 years of experience. I hold international certifications as a Master Trainer and Elite Trainer and am a proud member of the Fitness Professional Association.
I have been involved in sports since 1993, including competing in IFBB bodybuilding championships. Over the years, I have helped men, women, and children achieve their fitness goals.
