I have been in the health and fitness industry for 30 years. Being a National Board Certified Health Coach is exciting for me as it brings, full circle, my passion for providing the tools to help others live a truly healthy life – to really enjoy living with-out limitations.
Using science-based information, a client-focused and goal setting partnership, my clients enjoy the success of achieving their health goals. Enjoying everyday activities that, now, are limited due to the pain from inflammation - is an area I specialize in.
