I (Dedrick Henry - "Ded Serious") am a 50-year-old powerlifter, father of 3, whose passion is to lead middle and senior aged adults to the fountain of youth via health and fitness. I have been involved in physical fitness throughout my life, from boys club to Division I collegiate level sports, to powerlifting, where I held/hold multiple records. I am committed to continue to defy age in my powerlifting endeavors. As passionate as I am to myself, I'm even more passionate to pass my knowledge & results to others & see them excel in health &fitness. I envision a world with people in the best condition possible.
