I'm David Soto-Griego, owner of ConXion. With 30 years as a licensed Massage Therapist, 8+ years as a Certified Personal Trainer, and over 26 years of Yoga practice (certified in 2021), my passion is guiding others toward mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
