BuildEmUp Fitness is a NEW woman owned gym located in downtown Springfield. In the 9th floor of 1350 Main St, we are right off the highway directly next to Spfld City Hall and offer a clean, comfortable and state of the art functional fitness facility & Recovery Spa. We have a group fitness room, an aerobic room equipped for yoga, stretching, posing and pilates, an in-house Masseuse, Body Contour specialist, Normatec Air Compression Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge and so much more. With 4 personal trainers and 25 hours of group training we work hard to ensure each client/member have a safe and supported experience.
