Beat Bullying boxing LLC is a local boxing training/self defense/fitness training business. We provide one on one and multi person sessions that teach boxing fundamentals and self defense to Ages 7 and up. Our sessions give a full body workout that helps strengthen muscles and drive your metabolism into high gear. We also incorporate exercises that help with balance and coordination.
