4Ever Fit is the perfect description for exactly what we embody at our studio. Our main goal is to help you get fit and stay fit for life. We pride ourselves in our versatile and creative workouts to keep you from getting bored with your workout regimen. We believe in constantly engaging as many muscles as possible at the same time. We like to use body weight, medicine balls, stability balls, bands and dumbbells as resistance rather than machines. Our specialty is weight loss, but work with all types of clientele. For example, but not limited to.....core strengthening, injury prevention, post physical therapy, Golf Fitness and other sport specific exercises.
