Body By Silk is a privately owned gym owned and operated by IFBB Pro, Jerry Garner. Jerry is a Graham High School alumni who continued his education with schooling in physical fitness and nutrition. Jerry is a 6 time NPA Natural Pro Male Athlete of the Year and received his IFBB Pro Card in August of 2018. Jerry has a passion to change lives and his goal is to make you feel at home and help you achieve your goal of living a healthier lifestyle.
Come check out our 7500 square foot facility where we offer Personal Training, Zumba, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Genesis Stretch and Dance Aerobics, Abs, Spin, Line Dancing, Circuit Training and Middle East Dancing. All fitness levels are welcomed!
