About
Mobility Development, Articular Strength & Neurological Control are a prime focus of my training. My goal is make all your joints work "nice", they don't have to be the level of a gymnast but things like reaching behind your seat in your vehicle or squatting down and picking something should not be full effort tasks or tough.
Movement patterns that must be worked at a minimum of 2X a week.
Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Lunge, Carry. (We don't make rotation a foundational movement because you should never strengthen rotation directly) We include rotation in our 6 movement patterns. Example: Lunge with rotation
