I am a ballet dancer turned Personal & Pilates Trainer.
During my career as a professional dancer, and especially during the periods where I recovered from injuries, I became more and more interested in understanding our body: how to gain strength, avoid injuries, eat correctly and also look better :).
Formalizing my studies as a Personal Trainer and a Pilates instructor has been a natural extension to my years of performing at the highest level.
