At Meta-Centric, our scientific method to your weight loss and fitness success is unique. We start with your personalized metabolic testing using medical grade equipment, followed by a diet and exercise program created for you, based on your unique “Metabolic Profile”. Your sessions are completed in private at our fully equipped Metabolic Testing and Training Facility. Our trainers and coaches are ISSA & NASM certified. Our in-person hours are by appointment.
