About
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise(ACE). I've always wanted to help people live a healthy lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and well-being. I usually work with women and often work with individuals with special needs. In fact, I was one of the people who started the exercise class and Walkathon at the Monmouth County ARC.
Sessions consist of cardio warmup, stretches, lower and upper body strengthening, abs, back, with stretches in between each exercise. Sometimes the session consists of all stretches if that is what the individual requires. Exercise is modified to the person's needs. I love training and helping people live a healthier lifestyle.
