We are a boutique, personal-training facility in the heart of Noho with an in-house Physical Therapy Doctor. We proud ourselves with unique skill to train around injuries, as well as our ability to treat and resolve human ailments. Our staff is trained in modalities that very from the Functional Movement Systems, Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Range Conditioning, DNS, Strongfirst Kettlebell and Barbell, and never cease to learn more.
