Here at Ultimate Sports & Fitness, we train athletes in all sports from ages starting at 8 and up we also have Bootcamp and general fitness classes. We are a sports performance company that has over 20 years of experience, working with pro athletes, collegiate athletes, High school athletes and youth athletes.
Strength and conditioning, sports movement, injury prevention, active recovery, Sports position training along with various training techniques like plyometrics, calisthenics, isometric training and bodyweight training.
