This is personal training in a small group, without the personal training price. If you've tried other group fitness classes, I can promise you, it's not this.
Suitable for every fitness level, you’ll enjoy ranges in age, ability and experience. You’ll be inspired, encouraged and challenged. You'll get 4 workouts per week, a sensible eating plan "Not A Diet", all the motivation you'll need to get the very best out of you and oh yea...FUN!!!
