Trauma-informed strength & licensed therapy—co-led, client-centered care. Head 2 Toe Strength offers inclusive personal training, nutrition coaching, and therapy through a dual-scope model led by Coach Bethany Busch (CSCS, ACSM-CEP) and LMFT Auria Zahed.
