About
The only National Academy of Sports Medicine Master Trainer in Pennsylvania offering Personal Training in private and group sessions both in- person and online since 2011. We also offer hockey specific strength and conditioning programs during the season and over the summer. Suite 2 of our facility is home to the Shane Clifford Goalie School, which provides goalie lessons on REAL ICE in semi private sessions.
