Oscar is a Marine Corps Veteran originally from Brooklyn, NY who specializes in Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss, and Injury Rehabilitation. His passion for fitness began at the age of 12 in a small boxing gym. Oscar studied physical therapy and worked with some of the most reputable Sports Physical Therapists in NYC. As his passion for health and fitness grew, Oscar continued his education as a Nutrition, Boxing, and Strength and Conditioning coach. He continues to merge all of his specialties to his clients’ individual needs to enhance their overall performance in and out of the gym.
