All About Fitness, LLC. is a small, privately owned personal training studio. Depending on the schedule, clients may be in the gym alone or with up to four other clients, with most hour blocks serving 2-4 people. These smaller groups allow us to really get to know you and tailor the sessions to help you meet your goals.
