Meraki Active is a cross training studio that offers small group and personal training. We specialize in Pilates Reformer + Tower, strength training, flexibility, core, balance, muscular endurance and functional movement.
Our goal both within and outside the studio walls whether we are in a class, on the water, or hosting a workshop or retreat is to provide all the tools necessary to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Whole health for the mind, body and soul.
